Dandy and the Underworld

I’m currently enthralled and repulsed by Dandy of the Year Sebastain Horlseys memoir: Dandy and the Underworld.

He’s beautiful in his quest to remove himself from the plainness of being so revoltingly human.

In a recent interview for nerve.com

Nerve: “What’s the definition of dandyism?”
Basti-Boy: “It’s a form of self-worship that dispenses with the need to find happiness from others, especially women. It’s a way of taking up a position of ironic detachment from the world and living it out in scrupulous detail.”
